Safety Training
Initial and Repeat Training Requirements
OSHA requires employees who work with the hazards listed below to be trained on the topics before they are initially exposed to the hazards and they need to repeat their training when chemicals, equipment, processes, or procedures are changed at the workplace. Some of the courses require annual training or training every 3 years. You can view those courses by clicking on the "Annual Training" or "Every 3 Years" links directly above the courses. Please Note: This is not an exhaustive list of OSHA's required training topics. These are simply the courses OSHAcademy currently provides. To view OSHA's requirements please click here. It's also important to remember that even if a hazard isn't listed in OSHA's publication 2254, the employer is still responsible for providing training to their employee's for any hazard that exists at the worksite.
