680 Aerial and Serial Lift Safety Skip to main content

Storage

Store the lift in a safe, secure area where it will not be exposed to the elements. Prolonged exposure to the elements can lead to rust, corrosion, or other damage which may affect the lift’s ability to operate safely.

This lift has been safely stored and secured.

Depending on the manufacturer's requirements, you may need to close and secure access panels, shut fuel tank valves, and chock the wheels.

For battery-operated lifts, ensure that batteries are fully charged, and if the lift will not be used for an extended period, follow the manufacturer's guidelines for battery maintenance.

Always follow the manufacturer's instructions when parking, shutting down, or maintaining an aerial or scissor lift. Failing to do so may result in injuries, unauthorized use, or damaged equipment.
