Description

Construction workers engage in many activities that may expose them to serious hazards on the worksite such as operating and being struck by heavy construction equipment. This course covers the safe operation of heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, graders, rollers, and bulldozers, which should always be done by highly skilled operators who have demonstrated the ability and necessary skills to operate safely. Unsafe practices by either the operator or those around the equipment can create very dangerous situations.
