Victor Garcia, HSE Manager
Dyche Industrial Services LLC is a Texas-based contractor providing mechanical construction, design-build, and industrial services for commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Operating in high-risk environments, Dyche Industrial understands that strong safety training is essential. As the company continues to grow, maintaining compliance while building a safety-first culture remains a top priority. To support these goals, Dyche Industrial partners with OSHAcademy to deliver consistent, high-quality safety training across its workforce.
Currently, 65 employees at Dyche Industrial are registered with OSHAcademy and completing the 10-hour and 30-hour Construction Safety and Health programs. According to Victor Garcia, HSE Manager, OSHAcademy has played a key role in supporting both growth and safety expectations. “OSHAcademy has helped us bridge the gap between growth and compliance by providing rigorous training for our expanding team,” Garcia says. “Their resources have been key in ensuring our staff is trained to the highest standards, helping us cultivate the safety-conscious environment we strive to achieve every day.”
From an administrative perspective, the OSHAcademy platform has simplified training management for both employees and leadership. Garcia notes that the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing teams to stay on track with their required training while giving managers clear visibility into progress. “The OSHAcademy platform makes sense from top to bottom, making it easy for my team to stay on track with their training,” he says.
In addition to the platform, Dyche Industrial values the level of support that comes with the partnership. Garcia points to the responsiveness of the OSHAcademy team, who provides timely, personal assistance that helps resolve questions quickly and reduces the administrative burden of managing training. He adds that this level of support has made it easier for Dyche Industrial to keep training moving forward without delays.
Dyche Industrial’s commitment to safety training was established well before Garcia joined the organization. He says the company had already recognized the importance of comprehensive safety training to remain compliant and competitive in demanding environments. “By utilizing OSHAcademy, we maintain the strict compliance necessary to land competitive bids and operate in high-risk environments,” Garcia added.
When discussing whether he would recommend OSHAcademy to other businesses, Garcia points to the platform’s ease of use, the depth of its training for high-risk work, and the level of support provided throughout the partnership. “OSHAcademy has made my job more efficient and our job sites significantly safer,” Garcia concluded.
OSHAcademy would like to recognize Dyche Industrial Services, LLC for their continued efforts toward workplace safety and health.
