Introduction
Hazardous drugs, such as those used for cancer chemotherapy, antiviral treatments and hormone regimens, pose a serious health hazard to healthcare workers.
This course takes a closer look at several different hazardous materials and medications that healthcare workers may be exposed to daily, as well as ways to protect themselves from serious health issues.
