Anti-Discrimination Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to affirm Geigle Safety Group, Inc., and its subsidiaries’ (hereinafter referred to as Geigle Safety Group) is commitment to creating and maintaining a work environment free from discrimination, where all employees and customers are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, and agents of Geigle Safety Group, as well as customers engaging with our online training services worldwide.
Definitions
- Discrimination
- Unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, color, age, gender, disability, religion, national origin, or any other legally protected characteristics. It involves actions or attitudes that negatively affect individuals or groups based on these characteristics rather than individual merit.
- Harassment
- A form of behavior that is unwelcome, offensive, or intimidating and targets an individual or group based on a protected characteristic such as race, color, age, gender, disability, religion, national origin, or any other legally protected characteristics. It creates a hostile, degrading, or humiliating environment for the person experiencing it.

Recruitment/Employment
We ensure fair employment practices in recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, and all other aspects of employment as legally required. Decisions will be based solely on merit, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
Customer Interactions
We are committed to providing a respectful, safe, and non-discriminatory environment for all of our customers. This commitment extends to all interactions and services provided by our organization, including online training courses and support.
Reporting and Complaint Procedures
Any employee or customer who believes they have been the subject of discrimination or harassment should report the incident to the Human Resource Manager. All complaints will be investigated promptly, thoroughly, and confidentially.
Accountability and Enforcement
Violations of this policy will result in appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or cessation of business relations. Retaliation against anyone who makes a complaint or participates in an investigation is strictly prohibited.
Training and Awareness
Students must attest to this policy when they register as a new student. The policy is also available for review on the website.
Changing the Anti-Discrimination Policy
Please note that we review and may make changes to the Anti-Discrimination Policy from time to time. Any changes to the Anti-Discrimination Policy will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated effective date. By accessing the Site after any changes have been made, you signify your agreement on a prospective basis to the modified Anti-Discrimination Policy and any changes contained therein.
